E. 103: Are You Interested in The Idea or Are You Committed to Making It Happen?

Are you interested or are you committed? This was the question posted by my friend, Melanie Spring the other day. And it really got me thinking about two those simple words that have profound consequences.

Running your own business is so sexy from the outside. But if you've ever run your own business, you know that it is messy, full of ups and downs and everything in between.

If you haven't run your own business, you probably only see the good parts. You see your friends who are living a life where they have complete control over their schedule. You see them post their wins on social media.

You think, "I'm interested! I'm interested in having my own business, working for myself."

I'd venture a guess that the majority of people who are looking to grow a business are really interested in building a business. The question is how many of them are actually committed?

Are you?
